For these gears, they were made of steel C45 and nitriding. At first, we got the C45 bar from the supplier.
They help us to cutted the bar as piece by piece. Then we send the pieces to do heating to prevent deformation.
Next, they should be machined by CNC turning as a steel ring, no teeth. And gear broaching as the next step for them as following:

At last, they should be machined by CNC milling for the location holes.

When we finished all above steps, the gears should be sent to do nitriding, to be harder and more antiwear.
