Production process optimization according to the Quantity, offer two choices:
Sample prototype/ trail production：5 axis CNC milling
Batch production: Low pressure casting+5 CNC milling
Aluminum sheet cnc milling in sample stage, the internal control depth is >80mm, and the minimum internal milling cutter is φ3.0. During the CNC milling process, the seismic performance of the tool is greatly reduced, cutter relieving. The surface roughness of the product is poor, and the side surface is easy to produce a tapered surface. The overall shape tolerance of the product is strict, the minimum position is 0.02mm, the aperture tolerance is minimum of 0.008mm, the flatness, verticality and parallelism are both 0.02mm.
The processing needs to be milled from a rectangular solid sheet metal and cutting 80% of material. A thin-walled cavity part, the internal stress release during the cutting process of the metal material, the metal stress release will affect the product deformation, we use two processing methods, after the rough processing, the semi-finished product is 36 Hours aging, and the internal stress is released by physical means to the maximum extent. Guarantee the mechanical properties and mechanical properties of the material during the finishing process.
This product used Masking Black Anodize. There are several reasons to mask. want to create anodic coating in those areas where electrical contact is needed. Anodic hard coat acts as an insulator, preventing a good current flow across the coated area. Uncoated aluminum is a good conductor of electricity, so when mask an area so that it will not receive hard coat, allow the aluminum’s inherent conductivity to continue. We use many types of masking. For example combination of rubber and plastic plugs and gaskets. We also use various specialty types of tape and other adhesive-backed materials. We use different masking, depending on the requirement and also the type of anodizing process that is requested, which is very important. It depends on the specifications of the job—customers’ demands on coating dimensions, what the part looks like, and how the areas coincide with one another.
Pin install: Pin used for several separate objects are fixed together or as hang support in this product.
Helicoil install: Die-cast aluminum alloy, material ADC12, due to the high strength required by the thread, the design uses a Helicoil process.
Air tightness test: This product have strict air sealing requires, so use the Air compressor and Sealing inspection fixture to do the air tightness test.
Put into the box NITROGEN and put it on 200mBar, stabilize the box for 30min.
After words we leave the box for 2 hours on pressure, the box can max drop for to 195mbar. Normally the box doesn’t drop when it’s closed.
